BRUSSELS, April 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrived here Monday for the 21st China-European Union (EU) leaders' meeting.

Li will co-chair the meeting with European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
